New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- Apollo Micro Systems has acquired a 34% stake in Shauryastra Defence Systems Private Limited, a newly incorporated defence technology and development company.

The company subscribed to 3,400 equity shares of Shauryastra Defence Systems at a face value of Rs.10 each, involving a total cash investment of Rs.34,000. The acquisition gives Apollo Micro Systems a 34% stake in the company's paid-up equity share capital.

According to the exchange filing, Shauryastra Defence Systems was incorporated on 21 August 2026, as a dedicated technology and development entity focused on addressing complex and futuristic operational requirements of the Indian Armed Forces.
