New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday reviewed preparations for the Seva-Sankalp Campaign, scheduled across the state from September 17 to October 17, and directed officials to ensure better coordination and maximum public participation.

The campaign will begin on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17 with the Ashirwad Ka Diya programme, under which lamps will be lit simultaneously at 7 pm at Mahakal Lok in Ujjain, all gram panchayats and every ward of urban local bodies. Yadav will join the programme in Ujjain.

Yadav said efforts should be made to create a world record through the lamp-lighting event, with beneficiary families and institutions encouraged to participate. Blood donat...
