Bengaluru, Feb. 19 -- India's large logistics firms are accelerating investments in express and hyperlocal delivery as quick commerce reshapes consumer expectations, pushing the industry toward faster fulfilment even as higher costs threaten already thin margins.

A wave of recent announcements underscores how speed is becoming central to logistics strategy.
