MHA calls meeting after 3 Italian passengers bypassed immigration at Delhi airport: What we know
New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- The Union ministry of home affairs (MHA) will hold an emergency meeting with senior officials on Tuesday after three Italian passengers allegedly bypassed a mandatory immigration at Delhi airport and boarded a flight to Germany. The incident reportedly took place on September 4.
According to a report by Hindustan Times, the passengers first travelled from Amritsar to Delhi and then boarded a Lufthansa flight to German city of Munich.
They arrived in Delhi from Amritsar on AI 1115 at 12.50 am on September 4 and departed for Munich at 1.45 am.
