New Delhi, March 7 -- Ever since concerns about the privacy practices of Meta's AI-powered smart glasses surfaced, social media platforms have been buzzing with warnings that users could unknowingly be sharing more than they realise.

One user wrote on Reddit, "Meta is meticulously combing through all your videos by hand, and labeling what's in the footage, to help train AI. Everything you record, assume they see it all."
