New Delhi, Oct. 18 -- The board of directors of Kellton Tech Solutions Limited has declared raising funds through the rights issue. The small-cap took a decision in this regard at the board meeting on Saturday, declaring that the offer size would not exceed Rs.160 crore. The company board also approved the Draft Letter of Offer. The small-cap company said the terms and conditions of the rights issue will be determined and communicated later.
