New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- As India gears up to celebrate Janmashtami on Friday, the Noida Traffic Police issued a travel advisory on Thursday, announcing traffic restrictions and diversions around major temples and venues as authorities expect large crowds across the city.

In a post on X, the traffic police shared an advisory, which states, "This is to inform all concerned that on September 4, 2026, the festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami will be celebrated across various temples. Major events are scheduled to be held at the ISKCON Temple (Sector 33) and Sanatan Dharm Temple (Sector 19). A large turnout of devotees is expected."
