ITR Filing, Sept. 14 -- The deadline to file income tax returns ends tomorrow, and failing to do so may lead to several consequences for the taxpayers. The income tax return (ITR) filing deadline has traditionally been 31 July, often extended at the last minute due to technical glitches on the e-filing portal. However, this year, the I-T department had already extended the deadline to 15 September back in May and so far, the government hasn't announced any additional extension.
