New Delhi, Oct. 27 -- Anthropic PBC, the artificial intelligence (AI) firm, filed its S-1 paperwork on Monday (local time) as it eyes one of the biggest initial public offerings (IPOs) in history.

In a Wall Street debut that could value the company at up to $2 trillion, its seven co-founders, who left rival OpenAI to create Anthropic in 2021 following disagreements with OpenAI executives over how AI should be built, could become the latest tech billionaires.

Five of Anthropic's seven co-founders hold more shares than Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dario Amodei, according to the company's S-1 filing.
