New Delhi, Feb. 23 -- India has advised its citizens in Iran to depart by commercial flights and other available means as protests flare across Tehran and tensions mount between Washington and Tehran over Iran's nuclear programme. The advisory follows a volatile weekend marked by university demonstrations, competing pro- and anti-government rallies, and escalating rhetoric from senior officials in both capitals.
