New Delhi, April 18 -- TankerTrackers.com reported that an Iranian very large crude carrier (VLCC) was spotted off India's coast on Saturday and is expected to deliver its oil cargo to the country amid the blockade, according to Fars News Agency as Tehran reimposed restrictions on Strait of Hormuz.
