New Delhi, May 7 -- IIFL Capital share price jumped as much as 6% in Thursday's trading session after the company announced it would issue preferential shares to Fairfax India
The stock opened at Rs.335 apiece today, as compared to previous close of Rs.332.50 on Wednesday.
In an exchange filing dated 7 May, IIFL Capital said that Fairfax India will increase its shareholding, through its wholly owned subsidiary, FIH Mauritius Investments, by capital infusion of Rs.2,000 crore.
