New Delhi, July 2 -- I asked ChatGPT how rich Indians must become for the country to be considered a "developed" nation by international standards. The artificial intelligence chatbot felt that there were no straight metrics where household income could determine the developed status of a country, but as "rough rule of thumb", India would need to have sustained a nominal GDP per capita of at least $20,000-30,000 over many years before being referred to as "developed".
