New Delhi, Aug. 17 -- An HP executive recently called Gen Z 'AI native' as he counted the lazy tag often associated with the young. SVP and managing director at HP, George Brasher acknowledged Generation Z's ability to listen, build trust and relationship and understand customers need. In an interview with Fortune, he described how Gen Z and millennials' close link with AI and technology gives them edge over others and promotes healthy relationship with work.

"I've got a reasonable population of Gen Z folks in my team, and I find people with great ability to listen, great ability to build that trust, to build that relationship, and then to understand really what customers need," the executive employed at $27 billion tech giant HP said. ...
