New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Shares of Grauer & Weil (India) jumped over 11% on Friday, 18 September, after shareholders approved a final dividend of Re 0.50 per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

The dividend, equivalent to 50% of the face value of Re 1 per share, was approved at the company's 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 17 September 2026. The AGM was conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with applicable Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI guidelines.

Umeshkumar More, Chairman of Grauer & Weil, presided over the meeting and confirmed that the required quorum was present in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
