Govt hikes export duty on diesel to Rs.55.5/litre from today - Check details
New Delhi, April 11 -- The Indian government has today hiked export duty on diesel by Rs.34 per litre to Rs.55.5/litre, from Rs.21.5/litre, with immediate effect, PTI reported.
Further, it has also raised excise to high-speed diesel to Rs.24 and infra cess to Rs.36; while ATF duty is up to Rs.42, as per an Economic Times report.
