New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- Frankie Muniz has shared a deeply personal update about the past six weeks, describing the period as one of the most difficult stretches of his life.

The Malcolm in the Middle actor and professional stock car racer opened up in a lengthy Instagram post on Friday, 18 September, saying that life had recently felt overwhelming and uncertain.

Muniz wrote, "The last 6 weeks of my life have been a nightmare I'm praying to wake up from. Everything felt heavy, unclear, and like it was falling apart at the same time. I wouldn't wish this season on anyone (sic)."
