New Delhi, April 1 -- The initial public offering (IPO) of Emiac Technologies entered its third day of bidding on Wednesday, April 1, garnering a tepid response from investors so far. The issue opened on March 27 and will be available till April 8.
The SME IPO worth Rs.31.75 crore is entirely a fresh issue of 0.32 crore shares. Since the IPO has no offer for sale (OFS) component, all proceeds will be received by the company. Emiac Technologies' IPO price band has been fixed at Rs.93 to Rs.98 apiece, with a lot size of 1200 shares.
