New Delhi, July 23 -- US President Donald Trump's direct involvement in overturning a mandatory one-game suspension for American striker Folarin Balogun has set the stage for a potential formal ethics complaint against FIFA. The Norway soccer federation confirmed on Thursday that its board will decide whether to file the case at its next meeting, expected around August 6.
