New Delhi, Sept. 5 -- Parts of the Delhi-NCR region remained waterlogged following heavy rain from Saturday morning, disrupting traffic on major roads and highways. Airlines also issued travel advisories for passengers travelling from Indira Gandhi International Airport today.
