New Delhi, June 19 -- The Delhi High Court delivered its verdict on Friday on Telegram's plea challenging the Central Government's decision to temporarily suspend the messaging platform in India ahead of the NEET re-examination.
According to Bar and Bench, the court upheld the Telegram ban, stating that "the reasons supplied are sufficient and government has followed the procedure in Section 69A".
