New Delhi, Aug. 21 -- In a major rejig, Prabha Narasimhan resigned as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Colgate-Palmolive India. She will be replaced by Manish Anandani, the company announced in an exchange filing.

Narasimhan's tenure ends at the close of business on September 27, 2026. Anandani will then assume the role on September 28.

The company said in the exchange filing that, based on the recommendation of the nomination and Remuneration Committee, the appointment of Manish Anandani as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company was approved for a period of five consecutive years, effective September 28, 2026.
