New Delhi, May 13 -- Shares of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions ended Wednesday's session on May 13 with a strong gain of 7% at Rs.1,309 apiece, as investors reacted positively to the company's March quarter performance.

The company delivered robust financial results for both the quarter and the full financial year, driven by continued scale-up in commissioned capacity and renewable energy power sales.

It posted a 25% year-over-year jump in revenues to Rs.557 crore in Q4, compared to Rs.446 crore posted in the year ago quarter. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs.350 crore, registering a 14% increase from Rs.306 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
