New Delhi, July 20 -- The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has said that the the government has reached out to them for the first time in about a month since the protest began at Jantar Mantar. Two members from the group will meet senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader JP Nadda today, the party said.

"Ashutosh Ranka and I, on behalf of the Cockroach Janta Party, are on our way to meet JP Nadda. The government had reached out for talks in the morning. Our demands are clear. The youth has gathered in huge numbers," Saurav Das, the CJP spokesperson said in a post on X.
