New Delhi, June 6 -- As the summer sun climbed over Delhi on a sultry June morning, groups of people started gathering outside the Parliament Street Police Station in the heart of the capital. As I exited Patel Chowk metro station, a battery of Blue Delhi Police buses and vans are stationed across the area, while hundreds of police personnel and paramilitary troops far outnumber the supporters of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP).
