Cipla Q4 Results: Net profit falls 55% to Rs.554.64 crore, revenue drops 3% YoY; declares dividend of Rs.13 per share
New Delhi, May 13 -- Pharma major Cipla reported a share drop in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26, impacted by an impairment cost, while its revenue saw a marginal fall.
Cipla posted a net profit of Rs.554.64 crore in the March quarter, registering a fall of 54.6% from Rs.1,221.84 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's revenue from operations in Q4FY26 declined 2.80% to Rs.6,541.20 crore from Rs.6,729.69 crore, year-on-year (YoY)
The Board of Directors of Cipla also recommended a final dividend of Rs.13 per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The dividend, upon declaration by the shareholders, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
