New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Chhattisgarh witnessed the lighting of more than 1.50 crore 'Aashirwad Ke Diye' on September 17 as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, with citizens across the state participating in a programme organised to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 25 years of public service.
