New Delhi, April 7 -- Bajaj Finance informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, to consider and approve the company's audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The NBFC also indicated that the board will evaluate and potentially recommend a dividend for the financial year on the same day.
