Ardee Industries IPO, Aug. 4 -- Ardee Industries IPO opens for subscription on Wednesday, August 5, and will close on Friday, August 7. The Rs.425.87 crore IPO has fixed the price band in the range of Rs.50-53 per share.

Ahead of the issue opening, the company's shares were commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs.7.5, indicating a listing gain of Rs.60.5, up 14.15% from the upper end of the price band of Rs.53. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and may not reflect the actual listing performance.

The public issue comprises a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). Share allotment is likely to be finalised on August 10, while the stock is scheduled to debut on the NSE and BSE on August 12.
