Ahead of US Fed rate hike impact on gold rates prediction: How FOMC outcome will effect yellow metal
New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- Gold prices were trading with mild gains in Wednesday's session, 16 September, supported by a weaker US dollar as traders awaited the US Federal Reserve's policy decision later in the day.
Spot gold was up 1.3% at $4,347.91 per ounce after touching a more than one-month low on Monday. US gold futures for December delivery rose 1.3% to $4,388.80. In the domestic market, the near-month futures contract on the MCX edged higher by Rs.1,040 per 10 grams to Rs.1,51,850.
