New Delhi, April 3 -- After explaining monetary issues and the length of the Indian Premier League (IPL) were his main concerns of choosing the Pakistan Super League (PSL) over its Indian counterpart, Australian spinner Adam Zampa revealed a harsh reality that the overseas spinners face in the world's richest league.

Having played for four different teams in five seasons in IPL, Zampa decided to try his luck at PSL making his debut for Karachi Kings in the 2026 season. Another reason of Zampa opting out of IPL is the lack of opportunities. He has taken 31 wickets in 22 matches so far.
