New Delhi, Aug. 21 -- Ratnaveer Precision Engineering approved a Rs.330 crore rights issue comprising 1,24,99,669 equity shares at an issue price of Rs.264 per share, including a premium of Rs.254 per share, on 20 August.

The rights entitlement has been fixed at 7 equity shares for every 40 equity shares held, with the record date set as 26 August, while the issue opening date will be announced later.

The company plans to utilise the funds to strengthen its capital base and support its ongoing growth and expansion initiatives, including its Rs.472.34 crore Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) project, which is targeted for commercial production in November 2026.
