New Delhi, March 22 -- Cuba's deputy foreign minister Carlos Fernandez de Cossio delivered a strong warning to the United States on Sunday, saying the island's military is "prepared" to respond to any US "aggression" as the Trump administration continues to press for regime change in the country.
