New Delhi, April 1 -- Australia spinner Adam Zampa did not register for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 season, despite having played in the past. Zampa was part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) squad in IPL 2025, but played just two matches after he sustained a recurring shoulder injury.

In the past, Adam Zampa has played for Rajasthan Royals (RR), Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and the now-defunct Rising Pune Supergiant. Overall, in the IPL, the 34-year-old has taken 31 wickets from 22 matches.

He made his IPL debut with Rising Pune Supergiant in IPL 2016, and registered 12 wickets from five matches. In terms of wickets, that has been his best IPL season to date.
