New Delhi, March 3 -- Indian badminton champ and double Olympic medalist PV Sindhu returned to her home in Bengaluru, days after being stranded in Dubai. She missed out on the All England Open Badminton Championships in Birmingham, slated to take place on 3 March after the cancellation of flights in the Middle East. She was stuck in Dubai Airport and was later moved to a hotel following attacks in the region.

After reaching India, PV Sindhu shared an update on social media and thanked the Dubai authorities. She took to X, formerly Twitter, and wrote, "Back home in Bangalore and safe."

PV Sindhu has been regularly sharing updates from Dubai.
