New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- India has the potential to expand its economic engagement with Japan tenfold over the next decade, but realising that opportunity will depend on better implementation, stronger investment channels and deeper cooperation in manufacturing, technology and labour mobility, said Ashish Dhawan, Founding Chairperson, Board of Trustees of Ashoka University.
