Lucknow, Nov. 2 -- All India Muslim Jamaat national president Maulana Mufti Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi has questioned the religious validity of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's marriage to journalist Nidhi Razdan, claiming it does not meet Islamic requirements.
In a statement, Razvi said Islamic principles prescribe specific conditions for marriage, including requirements related to the religious faith of the couple.
