Ghaziabad, Sept. 16 -- A 16-year-old Class 10 student died after falling from the 15th floor of a residential tower in Gaur Siddhartham society in Vijay Nagar on Tuesday night. Police said a two-page note recovered from the spot referred to academic pressure.
The girl, identified as Shanaya Bisht, was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared her dead. She lived in the society with her family and studied at Indirapuram Public School.
Police said the note contained messages to her parents, younger sister and relatives. The note and handwriting are being examined, while statements of family members and residents are being recorded.
