Ghaziabad, Nov. 4 -- A 16-year-old boy died after falling from the 13th floor of a residential society in Raj Nagar Extension on Tuesday. The incident took place at Raj Nagar Residency. His family rushed him to a hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Police are investigating whether the boy accidentally fell or died by suicide. Both possibilities are being examined.
According to police officials, the family told them that decorative lights were being put up at home for Diwali when Chaitanya Verma went to the balcony. His foot reportedly slipped, causing him to fall from the 13th floor.
