New Delhi, Oct. 6 -- NBCC has floated 25 tenders worth Rs 9,620.33 crore for construction and related works across 16 stalled Supertech residential projects in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Karnataka.
The projects comprise nearly 50,000 housing units. NBCC was appointed PMC in December 2024, with the Supreme Court upholding its mandate in February 2026.
