New Delhi, July 31 -- The Indian Youth Congress (IYC) has demanded a judicial inquiry into what it alleges was a deliberate security breach during the July 20 Parliament Street protest, citing the appearance of a truck laden with stones parked outside its office near the heavily cordoned Lutyens' Delhi area.
The IYC president Uday Bhanu Chib claimed the truck, which allegedly met with an accident on July 16 and remained in police custody for four days, mysteriously reappeared at the protest site loaded with projectiles. mpost
