Mumbai, July 27 -- SBI Mutual Fund has launched the SBI Nifty Midcap 150 Momentum 50 ETF Fund of Fund (FOF), an open-ended scheme that will invest in the SBI Nifty Midcap 150 Momentum 50 ETF. The NFO will remain open from July 27 to August 5, 2026.

The scheme aims to generate returns that closely correspond to those of the underlying ETF, though there is no assurance that the investment objective will be achieved.

Under the investment strategy, the fund will allocate 95-100 per cent of its assets to units of the SBI Nifty Midcap 150 Momentum 50 ETF, while up to 5 per cent may be invested in government securities, including G-Secs, State Development Loans (SDLs), treasury bills, triparty repos, and liquid mutual fund units.

The minimum investment during the NFO is Rs 5,000, with additional investments of Rs 1,000 thereafter. Investors can also participate through daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual systematic investment plans.

The scheme will be managed by Viral Chhadva, who oversees several passive investment offerings at SBI Mutual Fund.
