New Delhi, Oct. 10 -- Key AAP leaders, including Manish Sisodia and Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, were detained by Chandigarh Police on Saturday. They were taken into preventive custody to control the law and order situation at the protest against CEC Gyanesh Kumar over alleged irregularities in the revision of electoral rolls.
