Hyderabad, Sept. 17 -- The Vigilance Department of NMDC Limited co-hosted a Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) Training of Trainers Programme in Hyderabad on Thursday on "Master Circulars and Vigilance Manual 2026" for vigilance officers of organisations in the South Zone.
Chief Guest Praveen Kumar Sinha, Former Special Director, CBI, addressed the programme virtually and highlighted the significance of the CVC Master Circulars, revision of the Vigilance Manual and rotation of personnel in sensitive posts as a preventive vigilance measure.
CVC Consultant Rajiv Verma, Director AjaiKumar Verma and OSD Arvind Kumar also attended, along with CVOs Spurthi Reddy (MIDHANI & BDL), P. Krishna Kumar (ECIL) and C. Neelakanta Reddy (NMDC).
CVC speakers explained key changes in the Vigilance Manual 2026 and provisions of recently issued Master Circulars, addressing participants' queries.
Around 75 vigilance officers and representatives participated. The programme focused on knowledge sharing, capacity building and strengthening vigilance practices.
