
New Delhi, Oct. 8 -- The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) on Thursday carried out 21 demolition actions across all 12 zones as part of its ongoing drive against unauthorised constructions, dangerous buildings and building norm violations.
The civic body also sealed four properties and issued four demolition orders during the exercise. Major actions were reported at Raghubir Nagar, Sant Nagar, Gurmandi Rajpura and Kalyan Vihar.
The action followed 27 demolition drives and three property sealings on Wednesday.
The MCD said field officials had been directed to maintain strict vigilance and take action against violations of the Master Plan, Building Bye-Laws and other regulations. Enforcement will continue across Delhi.
