New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- Manoj Kumar Sharma on Saturday took the charge as Director (Projects) of GAIL (India) Limited. Prior to this, Sharma was Executive Director and Regional Head, Eastern Region Pipelines, at Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), overseeing operations, maintenance, construction and City Gas Distribution businesses across five states and a pipeline network spanning over 5,700 km.
A mechanical engineering postgraduate, Sharma has over three decades of experience in hydrocarbon infrastructure, covering project management, procurement, construction and operations. He earlier served as Executive Director (Projects), Pipelines Division, IOC.
