Holiday Inn presents 'The Great Thai Feast' food festival

New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida invites guests to embark on a vibrant culinary journey through Thailand with 'The Great Thai Feast' food festival hosted at its Pan-Asian speciality restaurant, The Noble House till September 20, 2026, for lunch and dinner.

Celebrating the bold, aromatic and beautifully balanced flavours of Thai cuisine, the festival brings together a curated a la carte selection featuring classic favourites thoughtfully crafted by the hotel's culinary team.

The menu opens with comforting Thai flavours such as Tangy Pumpkin Soup, Tom Kha and Lemongrass Clear Soup. Guests can savour signature starters including Thai Herb Fried Chicken, Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce, Pad Kra Pao Goong and Crispy Fried Tofu with Honey Plum Sauce.

The main course showcases the depth and diversity of Thai cuisine with highlights such as Chicken Kra Pao, Stir-Fried Lobster with Pineapple Chilli Sauce, Chilean Seabass with Cilantro Sour Chilli Sauce, Stir-Fried Pork with Spicy Green Beans and the much-loved Kao Pad Goong. Vegetarian selections include Hormok Phak, exotic vegetables in tamarind sauce and Pad Mhee Korat.
