Greater Noida, Aug. 27 -- A woman was arrested on Thursday after a purported video showing her allegedly abusing, threatening and attempting to assault private security guards at a housing society in Greater Noida West went viral on social media, police said.
The incident occurred on the night of August 26 at Centurion Park Terrace Homes in the Bisrakh police station area, following an argument over a food delivery agent's entry into the society.
According to Bisrakh police, the woman had ordered food online, but a security guard stopped the delivery agent at the gate. She allegedly became angry and created a ruckus, during which she abused and threatened the guards and attempted to hit one of them. Police registered a case under relevant provisions of the BBNS and arrested her.
