India, Aug. 20 -- The Delhi Police Crime Branch arrested Wamiq, 29, a key accused in the abduction of scrap businessman Nizamuddin for a Rs 2 crore ransom on January 2. Police said Wamiq and four others abducted him near Okhla Metro Station. Nizamuddin escaped at a petrol pump. Wamiq remained absconding until his arrest in New Ashok Nagar following a two-kilometre chase.
