India, July 25 -- A row over a food delivery order being allegedly blocked led to violence between Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protesters and Delhi Police at Jantar Mantar protest site on Friday. Several policemen and protesters were injured in the clash on Friday afternoon. The row began when, as per the protesters, one of the Delhi Police officials allegedly stopped a food delivery order from being delivered at the protest site. The commotion began when a protester is heard saying to the police, "Ek toh yeh plate ander jaengi nai toh uske sath aap bhi ander aonge". Delhi Police then charged lathi and also resorted to tear gas shells to clear the protest site.
